This isn’t something people pay to get.
We are the ones confirming it.
We want to know the people we are putting forward. We want to understand their abilities, their skills, their experience, and what they can genuinely bring to a team.
Because if a founder comes to us looking for someone with a particular skill, we should be able to say:
